The Rochelle ISD Administrative Team has met with stakeholders, community members, and teachers to finalize goals required by legislation in House Bill 3. These goals are approved by the school board every five years and work to improve student performance in targeted areas such as reading and math in the third grade and in the number of annual CCMR graduates.
