Rochelle students and teachers say "KA-POW" to drugs!!!
Here's an importance announcement from the PTC regarding the Homecoming Dance on Friday evening after the football game. Permission forms are being given to students in 6th-12th grades today.
Rochelle ISD has begun celebrating Homecoming week and Red Ribbon week with many of our students dressed as superheroes. We will share winners of our dress-up days at the end of this week.
We will be having our community pep-rally and parade tomorrow, Wednesday, September 8, at 7:30PM at Hornet Stadium. Our students have all been given instructions on their class floats and entries. Parents and community members are welcome to attend this event - there are no restrictions at this event and masks are not required. We will introduce our football teams, our cheerleaders and band will perform, and our coaches will share some thoughts with their squads leading into the Homecoming game this Friday night.
Students that are learning remotely due to being quarantined may not attend; we will Zoom the event if possible.

Parents and guardians,
Due to the rising cases of sick students and the Labor Day weekend, the Rochelle ISD Board of Trustees and school administrators have decided to be proactive in reducing the number of sick students by enforcing an in-building mask dress code. Students, faculty, and staff will be required to wear a mask when confined to a classroom, hallway, or building (excluding athletics and PE). This change is effective on Tuesday, September 7th and will continue through September 16. This does not include nor does it affect outside or athletic activities. Thank you for your understanding in this matter
