Per our grading guidelines, for students in grades 3–12, cumulative semester exams will be given at the conclusion of the fall semester (next week). Semester exams will account for 15% of a student’s semester grade. Some exams may exceed the 50-minute class period; therefore, we will implement a semester exam-blocked schedule.

Congratulations to Peyton Dwight, the Middle School Student of the Month. Peyton holds Mrs. Arnold as his favorite teacher. During his free time, he enjoys going on road trips, driving, and dining at McDonald's.
The High School Student of the Month is Kalee Soto. A sophomore, Kalee actively engages in UIL and band activities, aspiring to become an underwater welder in the future. In her leisure time, Kalee finds enjoyment in reading, baking, and running.
Congratulations to Natayla Valdez for earning the title of Elementary Student of the Month. Natayla, a 2nd-grade student, consistently demonstrates kindness and helpfulness not only to her peers but also to teachers and students in lower grades. Natayla enjoys playing sports and wants to be a teacher when she grows up.
Tonight's game was a close one for the junior high boys. They displayed great hustle throughout all four quarters, showcasing remarkable improvement.
The junior high girls fell short in tonight's basketball game against Richland Springs. Coach Doughty awarded the hustle accolade to 6th grader Avery Allgood.
Just a reminder that the JH basketball games tonight in Richland Springs have been pushed back due to the JH UIL academic meet.
Girls will start at 7:00pm and the Boys will start at 8:00pm.
