The JH girls’ volleyball game proved to be a real nail-biter. Both teams played hard. However, in the end, the girls narrowly lost in the last set. Despite the outcome, their effort and teamwork were truly commendable.

Garrett Nalley rode last Saturday the 2nd at the Texas Regional Final in Crockett Tx. He scored a ride of 50 points which was good enough to take home 1st place overall. This qualifies Garrett for the World Finals in Wickenburg, Az October 12-15. Hornet Nation is so proud of this cowboy. Good luck in the World Finals.
The Rochelle Lady Hornets delivered an exceptional performance in their volleyball match against the Paint Rock Indians. Congratulations to the team for their outstanding effort, and keep up the hard work, ladies!

The Rochelle JH Hornets put in a tremendous effort, but unfortunately, they fell short in their game against the Zephyr Bulldogs.
Please help support Rochelle ISD by purchasing a tub of cookie dough from your favorite students. Each tube is $25 and makes approximately 48 cookies.
All proceeds will go to purchase rewards for students, pay for field trips, purchase needed supplies, and much much more.

After reading about owls, Kaden wanted to learn more about owl pellets. Inside the owl pellet he took apart he found the six different types of bones from a mouse, including a skull. 💀
